Tops at french and transit I like their new tops. Shop and Scan saves me a lot of time cashing out and people are very helpful like Arlene I had problems picking out a cake and she made it very easy for me and the icing writing is very good the only problem I have is not enough electric cart's of which I am stuck with

TOPS is a great place to shop for food. This place is always clean and has a wonderful produce and meat department. In some stores you have to cook your meat right away or it will start turning brown but not TOPS their meat is so fresh if you need to wait a day or two you can.

Rachel, from the floral department, is amazing! She has a wonderful demeanor, and went above and beyond to help me in selection of flower arrangements that met my colorway and style requirements for my special day! I can't thank her enough! She's your gal for any floral needs!!

Cody was extremely friendly and very helpful. He was returning carts on the evening I came to Top's (1/27/2023) and he came over to me and asked me if I needed help loading my groceries into my car. He then waited patiently and took my cart for me. He was so polite and considerate and was very sweet. Thank you Cody for making my shopping experience better :)

People always ready to help fine what you need. They take you to where the produce is and then leave so you can check the item.

Tops has finally beat Wegmans in the cake Department. I ordered a b-cake. Chocolate with Bavarian filling. The frosting was creamy, cake was rich and moist. Filling was excellent. Tops was almost half the price. Plus a 1/4 cake was bigger. Tops have upped their game!!!

Everything i need is here. Except someplace to sit, and sip coffee, it used to have a Cafe inside but now gone, and it used to be open 24/7, but no more, I miss it

I stop on my way to work in the morning, about 6:30am...The woman who is always at the self check out is wonderful! Love to get that positive energy...I appreciate that! Also, she is a kind soul....Tops Is lucky to have her! Thank you!

I had lost my phone today. Here, and my phone is also my medical device. The staff was really kind, helpful and receptive to that silly mistake I made. I got it back and with upmost respect and helpfullness 100%. Self Checkout, cart assistant and customer service. . Thank you to all ! ( and to the sweetest lady who found it in her cart ) . It could have been a really hard day and they saved it :) great care.
